I'm Kate Leach, an experienced executive coach with a passion for empowering parents who are juggling the demands of a career and a family. I specialize in coaching people at all stages of their career.
Whether you are starting a family, returning from maternity/paternity leave, have toddlers or teenagers that are neurotypical or neurodiverse. If you are struggling to conceive or going through perimenopause and menopause I have experienced much of this personally and coached many women and men through these challenges and different stages of life.

With 25 years of diverse professional and personal life experience, including executive and non-executive roles in both public and private sectors, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice.
My approach
My personality is naturally expressive, optimistic, thoughtful, and analytical. I believe in truly understanding individuals by actively listening to their words, observing their body language, and paying attention to their tone. Drawing on my background in sales and marketing, I build rapport with different personality types, creating a safe space where clients can speak openly and honestly.
I am a firm believer in establishing a strong foundation in coaching, based on trust and empathy. By leveraging my extensive experiences, I aim to connect on a deep level, helping unlock their potential. Witnessing the positive transformation my coachees experience and the resulting improvement in their performance and overall well-being is incredibly rewarding to me.
In my coaching practice, I incorporate positive psychology techniques, emphasizing gratitude and overall well-being. I believe that fostering a positive mindset and focusing on strengths can be instrumental in overcoming challenges and achieving personal and professional growth. By instilling a sense of positivity, I aim to empower clients to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
