I'm Kate Leach, an experienced executive coach with a passion for empowering parents who are juggling the demands of a career and a family. I specialize in coaching people at all stages of their career.

 

Whether you are starting a family, returning from maternity/paternity leave, have toddlers or teenagers that are neurotypical or neurodiverse. If you are struggling to conceive or going through perimenopause and menopause I have experienced much of this personally and coached many women and men through these challenges and different stages of life.
